A casino brand is a trading name. The terms name the company that actually holds your balance, and that company is the one the iGaming Ontario directory lists beside the website. NorthStar Bets, in s. 2.07(2), says minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may be set from time to time but prints no figures there. Note any deadline for documents

A deadline turns a document request into a clock. 888 Casino's Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of its user agreement, gives 7 days to complete account verification on a pending withdrawal; if that lapses, the withdrawal is reversed and the money goes back to the account balance.
